Meadow Street Development

This site is located at 19 & 21 Meadow Street in Mount Wellington. The 1,618 m2 area is rectangular in shape, with a gentle sloping contour. The design challenge of this site was to construct six new dwellings to the rear of the two existing dwellings. Our architectural approach responded to the form and materials of the existing precinct, to retain its character and create a legacy for the property. We also helped the client realise maximum value from the land through creative architectural design and clever use of the section without compromising on quality. A well-designed floor plan allows high space efficiency that provides a sense of spaciousness, maximising natural light and cross ventilation.
