This site is situated in the residential suburb of Henderson, in the west of Auckland. We designed nine two-storey units on the 1,012m2 section. The development is considered an efficient use of land as it facilitates a high level of residential activity while maintaining the character and amenities of the site and the surrounding environment.
The units have been designed to provide good on-site facilities for occupants, excellent natural light and outdoor living areas for the enjoyment of all residents. Furthermore, all units are street fronting and have been designed with a good use of glazing and different cladding materials for a more attractive street front, which further enhances the character and streetscape of the surrounding area.
