Seccombes Road Development

We have designed six terraced houses on the site to maximise land yield while retaining the urban design philosophy of comfort and high living quality. Located in a double grammar school zone, a double-layered outdoor space enhances the living experience, while retaining a balance between privacy and outdoor flow. The elaborately designed façade and optimal building mass were highly acclaimed by Auckland City Council. The project successfully creates a high quality design that fits into an existing neighborhood of private homes, while meeting boundary constraints for cost-effective, low-maintenance housing.
