Joe, Director of OZAC, says, “We are thrilled to receive this competition win and very fortunate to contribute to the change of Paeroa. It was a deserted racecourse due to mismanagement. Now, it will be converted to a retirement village which contains more than 600 residential units, supported by a comprehensive and diverse range of community facilities including health and wellness centre, restaurants and entertainment centres.

Tom, Partner with OZAC, adds, “The design is a fusion of iconic architecture and functional efficiency, and this project is to greatly enhance the social and economic benefits in this district as it will create a lot of jobs for local people.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” overlay_strength=”0.3″][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” width=”1/1″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_gallery type=”flexslider_style” images=”2599,2698″ onclick=”link_no” img_size=”1100×500″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
