The project of “3 ballin street” is located at Ellerslie, Auckland. It is consisted of 4 modern terrace houses with 3-4 bedrooms. The GFA of units range from 141 sqm to 190 sqm. Each unit has 2 on-site parking spaces. Now the project is under construction.
The project of “5 Gladfield lane” which is located at Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland are modern style terrace houses. There are 8 units totally, mixed with two and three level unit types. The buildings are designed with the weather board and metal cladding. Now, this project is under construction.
The construction of the project “28 Edmonton Road”, which located at Henderson has been kicked off. This project is three-level unit type, with 4 units terrace houses. Now, the whole earth work has already been finished while other work is being continued.

Larchwood apartment is located at the centre of Avondale and features a regular shape, this whole development project contains 61 residential units, which includes 2 four-level apartment buildings comprising of total of 44 units, and 5 terrace housing blocks ranging between two and three stories comprising 17 units. Stage1 has 10 terrace house units which is now under construction. The whole earth work has already been finished.
A kick off meeting of Wynyard Crescent project was held in Queenstown last Tuesday. Directors of OZAC, Joe and Tom, Project Lead Xinyue attended the meeting. Tom said, “We are happy to see a strong team made of leading professionals in each field was assembled through this meeting, as the architect, leading consultant of the project, we are confident and proud to work with the client and the team to achieve a gold goal.”
Directors of OZAC, Joe and Tom were invited to attend Glen Eden Investment Prospectus Launch. The prospectus is focusing on encouraging positive new investment, retail and commercial activity to Glen Eden.
OZAC was proudly being involved into the process of forming the prospectus.
As OZAC’s first project in Queenstown, 102-108 Wynyard Crescent is a comprehensive residential development of approximately 120 units, largest in Fernhill. A pre-app meeting was held on July, 6th, 2017, and the preliminary design received good comments and was supported by QLDC.
Directors of OZAC, Joe and Tom were invited to attend Glen Eden Future Summit at the Glen Eden RSA.
This summit would build on the valuable insights from Council’s survey and is an important step in developing the content for the prospectus.
Joe briefly introduced the projects OZAC was undertaking at this moment on the summit.
