Te Atatu Road Development

Located in TeAtatu Peninsula, this site has a view of Henderson Creek and Waipareira Bay. The architectural challenge of this section was to make the most of the beautiful ocean views and ensure residents in every unit could enjoy it. Our architects helped the client to achieve this through a creative layout. The design has not only ensured ocean views from each unit, but has also maximised land usage. Brick and weatherboard are used as exterior materials, which is a perfect material combination for a simplistic and modern design concept.
