Glenfield Road Development

Located on Auckland’s North Shore, The Glen represents a bold vision in contemporary suburban accommodation, utilising multiple floor plans to meet a range of lifestyles.

The site is in a premium location – on busy Glenfield Road on the North Shore – and on a sloping, relatively small section. To get the best possible yield, we designed 54 units in three blocks of buildings and 56 spaces in a basement car park. Careful planning and design have maximised spectacular views of the sea and Rangitoto Island. As the project’s architect, our role included preparing resource consent and building consent applications, and liaising with council throughout the construction process.
