This development sits in a premium location on the edge of Newmarket, an Auckland suburb to the south-east of the central business district with high building density. Consisting of 58 units, a key challenge was to create high quality and high-density urban apartments using scarce properties, on a small section. In order to achieve the best possible use of land, we have maximised the number of units built on the property.
