Becroft Drive Development

This rectangular-shaped, 860m2 site sits on the west side of Becroft Drive. The site is zoned residential – mixed housing suburban under the Auckland Unitary Plan. The site slopes from the western to the eastern boundaries at an average gradient of approximately 12%. We helped the client realise maximum value of the land by designing four units using a creative approach and smart use of the land without compromising on quality. A well-designed floor plan provides a sense of spaciousness, maximising light and cross ventilation. Natural light is well utilised by careful placement and sizing of windows, for the purpose of energy efficiency, health and comfort of occupants. Various functional elements have also been taken into account to meet different family needs, providing flow, efficiency and creating a comfortable and convenient living space.
